Comics contest
'Searching the Peruvian superhero'.
Perú.21 Newspaper , in its mission to promote art among the youth, will launch a contest for cartoons called 'Searching the Peruvian superhero'.
This contest is focused on finding and promoting new talent in the design of comics and cartoons. The goal is for participants to achieve deploy their creativity through the creation of a cartoon of 4 A4 pages, which chronicles the adventures of a Peruvian superhero .
The comic can be a full color or black and white and is due to deliver in digital format. There is only one category open to the general public and can participate individually or as a creative team.
The criteria for qualification are: creativity and originality of the proposal; respect the theme of the competition and compliance with technical requirements of the bases, which may be seen here.
Works will be received from Monday June 09 until Monday, August 11, 2008 in jiron Miro Quesada 247 floor 6, Monday to Friday between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm. The first post will be S /. 1.500 soles in cash and the second S /. 500 soles in cash.
