Generally overlooked, the area of training of a company lacks an interesting proposal that contributes to employees feel encouraged to learn.

But fortunately there are exceptions, we can talk about the project architects who developed the Cam Zully Garcia and Cecilia Flores Mir, along with the graphic designer Martin Rázuri, for building training Interbank signature. THE PROPOSAL
"It was organized and sectorization space basically with colors, using paint directly onto the wall or installing vinyl designs. This created scenery appropriate for each use of space," commented the architects responsible of the design.

Based on an alternative iconographic design _ simple and effective at the same time_ they exploit the color game as a background to overlay figures. Some images that were integrated were Elvis, stars and circles. Another figure that is repeated is the owl, because the company uses it as a symbol that represents wisdom.

Proposal is interesting, therefore confirms that does not have to intervene, fully a place to bring about change shocking. While the first and second floor of the center were part of the project, are basically the walls of the passageways spaces where they developed the design.
